When We Began: The Performance Group was founded in 1993 to serve the staffing needs for a single customer in a small office in Ephrata, PA. Since those humble beginnings, The Performance Group has grown to include six branch offices and several on-site facilities, providing professional staffing solutions across South Central Pennsylvania. Who We Are Today: Our staff consists of more than 50 talented, dedicated and diverse individuals who are excellent at what they do, and who love doing it.
