Welcome to The Park Avenue Inn: A Historic Antebellum Mansion Circa 1838 The Park Avenue Inn is located in downtown Tallahassee's Historic District, overlooking a beautiful chain of parks. The Inn offers guests an opportunity to experience the rare pleasures, elegant furnishings and romantic grandeur of an Antebellum mansion. Guests will enjoy suites and rooms furnished with antiques original to the house, magnificent drawing rooms, a grand staircase, an expansive wrap-around front porch overlooking matriarch, moss-draped live oaks and a pleasant screened back porch overlooking gardens and furnished with rocking chairs perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. The Inn features five guest rooms and suites all uniquely furnished with period pieces and comfortable modern conveniences. After dining at one of Tallahassee's many fine restaurants, cheering your team to victory, visiting your favorite student, or strolling through downtown, you can slip into your feather bed for a night of restful sleep.
