The Orlov Company, a real estate service corporation, was established in 1994 with the goal of providing its clients with a high degree of professionalism and service. Our focus is to achieve the maximum benefit for our clients in each situation. We achieve this focus by concentrating our efforts on a limited volume of deals, allowing the necessary time to properly meet our clients needs. This focus has become extremely important in this period of consolidation, in the service organizations, in the Commercial Real Estate market. We have found that meeting our client's goals are achieved by listening to their needs. We then develop a strategy to accomplish their goals within the reality of todays changing marketplace. Achieving our client™s goals in a realistic and timely manner is our first priority. Service to our clients is not only based on market knowledge, but also on our availability to the client through out the process and into the future. It is not our desire to complete only one deal with a new client, but to begin a long term relation that will benefit all parties into the future.
