The ND Network is an athlete-first high performance ecosystem built to support performance, progression and aligned commercial growth. We work with emerging and elite athletes who want more than representation alone. Our model brings together performance psychology, strategic guidance, brand alignment and trusted support around the whole person, not just the performer. Founded by Olympian Emma Nedov and high performance psychologist Dave Diggle, the ND Network was built from lived experience inside elite sport and a clear understanding of what athletes often need but rarely receive: reliable support, honest guidance and long-term thinking. We help athletes build sustainable careers on and off the field, track, court and stage. We also help brands and strategic partners connect with athletes in a way that is credible, values-led and commercially meaningful. Our work spans performance, mindset, wellbeing, brand, commercial strategy and transition, creating an ecosystem that supports both immediate performance and long-term progression. We are not built on transactional deals or short-term visibility.
