Stillness Society is a community connecting meditation teachers and meditators. From online group sessions to individual one on ones, Stillness Society Society is the most affordable option to learn how to meditate. Our teachers are part-time, fulfilling a passion for helping others whilst working full-time in the corporate world, the music industry and even elite athletes. Our teachers have first hand experience in how to use meditation effectively for in/outside of the workplace and how to fit it in when there is seemingly "no time" to do so. Our students are anyone and everyone. No matter the religion or spiritual beliefs, we teach the practise itself using a purely scientific approach. Mainstream therapy techniques (CBT, ABT.. etc) stem from the same mindful meditation approach we use. You will never have to say "om."
