Miles Development Group, LLC was formed as a Limited Liability Company in the Massachusetts on February 16, 2009, by Ann Maxwell, Managing Partner and David Julier, Managing Partner. The managing partners have over fifty years combined experience in development, asset management, property management, construction, construction management, project management and financing. Our mission is to provide quality housing at an affordable price for middle income earners. To create attractive housing that stand the test of time and are managed to maximize long-term value for residents as well as our investors.
