The MI Network (MI) has been supporting the personal and professional development of minorities for over 35 years. MI is run by volunteers. It has helped thousands of individuals achieve their goals for successful lives and careers through educational programs, formal and informal mentoring, scholarships, practical experience, and networking opportunities. In the beginning, The MI Network was just a group of driven professionals with a desire for personal and professional success. But back then, there were many road blocks that stood in the way of their dream. Out of a desire to achieve their vision and recognition of the challenges that lay ahead, the network was born.
