The McNair Partnership Limited was formed in 1995 in the United Kingdom to meet the executive search, market intelligence, staff retention and training needs of a select number of institutions in the EMEA region. Since inception the Company has grown steadily and in 2005 opened its Middle East office under the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The Company has built a reputation as a trusted adviser and supplier of unique solutions to the financial services and Energy industries across a broad range of disciplines. This has been achieved by the systematic and determined application of both traditional and innovative processes to deliver consistent yet tailor-made services to meet the requirements of our clients.
