The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) strives to protect the American Dream of housing opportunities for all, while working to achieve professional success for its members who build communities, create jobs and strengthen our economy. Each year, NAHB members construct about 80% of the new homes built in the United States. A federation of more than 700 state and local associations, NAHB represents more than 140,000 builder, remodeler, specialty trade, sales and marketing, design, housing finance, and building supply/manufacturing members. Since its inception in the early 1940s, NAHB has served as “the voice of America’s housing industry.” Its primary goals are to ensure that housing is a national priority and that all Americans have access to safe, decent and affordable housing, whether they choose to buy a home or rent. NAHB’s Annual Convention and Exposition, the International Builders’ Show (IBS - BuildersShow.com), is the largest annual event for the residential and light commercial construction industry.

The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is the national association of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration contractors. HVACR contractors are a pillar of the American economy, responsible for our fresh food supply, ensuring modern medicine is possible, keeping information technology centers operational, and providing essential comfort and fresh air to every home, hospital, and building. ACCA writes the nationally-recognized and manufacturer-recommended installation and maintenance standards used by professionals to ensure quality work for their customers. We offer the best educational services in the industry, including online training, in-person classes, and an annual conference that brings together the best contractors from across the country for exciting educational content. ACCA is the only contracting association fighting for contractor interests before legislators, regulators, manufacturers, distributors, and the media. We build standards-driven accreditation programs that help contractors differentiate themselves in a competitive market. And we stand up every day for our belief that, yes, some contractors are better than others!
