The Makeover Studio Information

The Makeover Studio School of Make-up is a media make-up training company with an excellent reputation for teaching make-up artistry. As an accredited training school our aim is to provide you with relevant information and background knowledge to enable you to follow a fulfilling and professional training path. We offer high standard facilities and a range of courses to help you launch a new career or progress in an existing one. Inspirational training is provided by the school principal and director of training Tina Hunt a professional make-up artist, aesthetician and lecturer in Make-up Artistry. She is a member of the Guild of beauty lecturers and lifetime member of the national association of screen make-up artists and hairdressers known as NASMAH. Tina has worked within the industry for 13 years and is committed to the promotion of high professional training standards within the industry, having pioneered the first professional School of Make-up in Hampshire. Her work has appeared in award winning photography, promotional videos, on performers and media presenters and has featured in various magazines and covers. Students learn at her luxury studio in a friendly and relaxed environment with small classes of just eight students per course. This allows you to maximise your learning potential and to receive one-to-one attention throughout. The studio is located in Portsmouth, Hampshire in the UK and set in the tranquil and leafy area of Southsea, just minutes from the seafront and Solent. We are within easy access to rail stations, all major motorway routes and Southampton Airport. Travel information and local accommodation lists can be provided for your convenience. Attendance hours are 09.45 to 17.00 daily.
