The Macro Coach Information

They say never judge a book by its cover and this could not be more true when it comes to The Macro Coach. A geek at heart who loves technology and developing software, he was never the one to just sit at a computer all day long. Just as important as technology for him was fitness; particularly his own fitness. The Macro Coach has dedicated himself to craft his physique into something truly special, leading to him becoming a competitive bodybuilder. Working alongside some of the most respected nutritionists and bodybuilders in the industry, The Macro Coach was quick to realise that regular, ordinary people would find it extremely difficult to achieve their goals without help and guidance. With a desire to help these people, The Macro Coach has made it his mission to pass on everything he has learned over the years to ensure each individual witnesses the same level of success with their health and fitness as he has.
