The Lighthouse Group Information

The Lighthouse Group, LLC, a California limited liability company, was formed in 1997 to acquire, operate and develop residential and commercial properties in various U.S. markets. Our proven strategy has been to purchase value-added properties in select markets that are in need of rehabilitation, redevelopment, repositioning, improved management or a combination of these factors. The Lighthouse Group’s property management arm, Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. (“LPM”), employs approximately 105 people in California, Texas, Colorado and Tennessee, and provides property management and maintenance services for the real estate purchased by The Lighthouse Group and its affiliates. LPM is currently managing approximately 4,000 residential apartment units in 19 buildings located in California, Texas, Colorado and Tennessee. LPM has a corporate office in Southern California and regional offices in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Colorado Springs and Nashville.
