The Leverage Department was born out of Hannah Brooks' vision to provide exceptional administrative support to real estate agents at all levels of production and help them focus their time and energy where it really matters. After six years as Transaction Coordinator and Director of Operations for one of the North Shore’s top real estate teams, Hannah decided to take her talents on the road and launch The Leverage Department. Armed with a long history of transaction coordination experience and building business systems for Real Estate agents, as well as a passion for providing exceptional service and a focus on sustainability as we move into a shifting market, The Leverage Department is poised to be New England’s premier Transaction Coordination service.
