At The Legacy Project, we want nothing less than to make an impact and change lives for the better. We want to deepen and widen our life-knowledge and wisdom to make sure we all leave a legacy of note! We do this through collaborating with some of the world's smartest, wisest, inspiring and most generous people – we call them our “change-makers”. These are select individuals who have risen to the top of the game within their chosen profession, whatever that may be, achieving some form of “greatness” and who have been prepared to share with all of us, not only their Wisdom, Know-How and Inspiration in their Legacy profile interview, but also in many instances, making themselves available for mentorship and internship opportunities, for speaking at our events and conferences as well as donating financially. Our aim is to harness this ‘collective’ greatness and generosity to inspire, to educate and to empower as many people as humanly possible – that we all may find, and then live out to the fullest, our own life-purpose in a significant, joyful and extraordinary way. Since its inception 5 years ago in South Africa, The Legacy Project has already selected, profiled and published the wonderful Legacies of over 800 exceptional men and women – billionaire businessmen, former presidents, award winning designers and architects, adventurers, entrepreneurs, corporate-leaders, yoga-gurus, activists, rock stars, world-cup winners, to name just a few - and now has a monthly following that has been as high as 48 000 and a social media community of 60 000. It has grown to become one of the world’s biggest ongoing studies into trying to crack the algorithm for success, for achievement and for extraordinary and joyful living in the 21st century and beyond.
