The LearnWell Projects Information

The LearnWell Projects improves the learning process and outcomes by making learning more visible, manageable and effective. Through trainings, workshops, presentations and consultancies, we partner with institutions and educators to systematically improve the teaching and learning experience. The LearnWell Projects began as an exploration to figure out why capable students were unsuccessful in learning environments. Our organic qualitative approach sought to understand the problems from the students' perspective first. This bottom-up origin has enabled us to avoid the faulty assumptions and misdiagnoses that are inherent in educational environments. We blend learning theory with business and management concepts within a relational approach. This method enables us to achieve enduring outcomes, while enhancing the dignity of all stakeholders. This approach has elevated us as a premier choice among educators.
