Hello, I’m Gill Leece, owner and founder of training consultancy the Learning Curve Ltd. I help businesses to develop their people so they can deliver their best performance and drive business success. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I am a qualified trainer and have nearly twenty years’ experience in designing and delivering practical training solutions in the finance sector. I’ve worked at senior management level for a number of years and have helped people on their learning journeys in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Gibraltar.
