At The Learner Train, we inspire leadership and align teams through consulting, training and coaching in Industry and Academia. After 2 decades in Training and Coaching, there is one thing we at The Learner Train know for sure: Learning is not attained by chance. It must be sought for with Ardor and Diligence. Our training process is carefully planned towards: 1) Pre-Assessment: We use surveys, interviews, and observation to conduct a comprehensive training need assessment. 2) Planning: We identify level of training, content of training, pedagogy and appropriate technology for delivery to take your team to the next level. 3) Training: Once we have executive buy-in, we conduct the training delivery process from start to finish. 4) Assessment: We assess the training outcome and help reinforce the concepts into standard practice.
