Who We Are The Key Initiative We are an organisation consisting of (non) Government Officials and strategic experts. The Organization's main objective is to align and direct government policies to create social well-being and satisfaction. At the highest level, strategic government, parastatal and public-private projects are carried out in order to guarantee the well-being and health of every citizen and to develop their country's economy sustainably in order to be self-sufficient. In order to clarify the differences between these two types of projects, it is critical that Governments go through a process of defining basic information for all ongoing and proposed initiatives. The public sector's influence comes directly, through government entities, state-owned enterprises and institutional funding, as well as indirectly, through regulation and oversight. The sector is facing major challenges, such as rising costs, growing deficits, shifting centers of economic activity, a burgeoning war for talent and increasingly demanding customers.
