The Jordan Institute Information

As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, The Jordan Institute offers a mission-driven approach to energy-efficiency projects in commercial buildings. For the last six years, we have researched and developed strategies to help building owners navigate their energy-efficiency projects. Our work covers projects from concept, goal-setting, and benchmarking to energy audits, project selection and RFP writing, from project oversight and quality control to funding and finance support, as well as monitoring, verification, and commissioning. We are currently spinning-off a for-profit company which will be majority owned by The Jordan Institute. This new firm, Resilient Buildings Group, Inc., will handle all new building-energy assessment and implementation projects with our existing team and expertise. We are based in downtown Concord, NH. We have collaborated with some of the region’s best and most innovative professionals to find the soundest solutions to problems in our clients’ buildings. The results still amaze us – significant energy use reductions, energy-cost reductions that are cash-neutral, occupancy rates that increase, indoor air quality and comfort issues greatly improve, and more. The benefits of well-planned and implemented projects usually go well beyond the initial goals.
