The Jam Project is a year long program that pairs a year 9 girl with a trained buddy. Fortnightly catch ups allow for personal discussions to take place which supports the girls in navigating adolescence. The regular and consistent contact between the buddies and the Year 9 girls inspire the development of confidence, self-esteem, resilience and leadership skills. Jam group sessions highlighting relevant topics throughout the year also take place for all involved. They are fun and informative enabling a group bond to be formed. Supported by Gandel Philanthropy and The Spotlight Foundation.
