TheItsProject is a marketing studio for small outdoor-industry brands, founded in Colorado in 2022 by Dylan Crane and Max Meneley. We work as part of your team rather than as an agency at arm's length. There are no account managers and no junior handoffs: the people on your kickoff call are the people shooting the content and building the campaigns. Both of us have run e-commerce, marketing and customer experience in-house at outdoor companies, so we scope work to what a small team can realistically take on. What we do Create: content production (photo and video, from a quick social shoot to a full production), branding and design, copywriting, and social media management. Convert: performance marketing on Google and Meta, conversion rate optimization, SEO and AI search visibility, lifecycle email, and custom backend AI implementation that saves a small team hours on support triage, product data and reporting. What we won't build: customer-facing AI chatbots or AI-generated filler content. AI work is limited to backend operations that measurably save you time or money, with humans owning the brand voice. Clients include Berd, TIME Bicycles, Mosko Moto, SR Suntour, Revel Bikes, Quikrstuff and KMA USA.
