The Interior Design School Information

The Interior Design School is moving out of the studio and into conversation. Founded in 1991, The Interior Design School was an independent design school built around a simple belief: in the individual and their creative potential. For more than three decades, from 1991 to 2025, the School created an environment where students could build creative confidence, understand the differences between residential and commercial interiors, and develop the skills to enter and thrive in the profession. The School was designed as a studio from day one, with small classes, strong industry connections and tutors actively working in the profession. A strong design philosophy ran through everything we taught. Today, that legacy lives on through a rich community of alumni, tutors, and industry professionals, bringing together decades of experience, talent and expertise. Now comes the next chapter. The Interiors School is moving out of the studio and into conversation: creating a platform to connect our community, share expertise and explore the ideas shaping the interiors industry today. Through conversations and connections within our community, we’ll continue to share, learn and inspire. The studio may have changed. The conversation continues.
