The Integrated Male Information

The Integrated Male, a division of Integrated Men's Coaching, LLC, is a company dedicated to helping men overcome "Nice Guy Syndrome." "Nice Guys" believe that they are not okay, just as they are. They believe that to get their needs met; they must hide who they are and transform into what they believe others want them to be. This affects every aspect of their lives, including; their careers, their family, and their personal lives, in a very negative and lonely way. Due to believing that they are inherently bad/wrong combined with toxic shame, "Nice Guys" do not typically ask for help and try to do everything on their own, limiting their potential and resources, ultimately keeping them "stuck" in life. However, once identified, "Nice Guy Syndrome" can be overcome, and what was once an anxious shame driven person who feels they are not good just as they are can become an integrated man who knows his values, beliefs, passions, and purpose and can begin living in alignment with them, creating a fulfilling life that is true to himself.
