Project Uplift, Inc. is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit foundation established in 1989 as the philanthropic arm of the Kappa Alpha Alpha Chapter ( Decatur, GA) of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The foundation was formed to serve as a conduit through which the Kappa Alpha Alpha Chapter implements and conducts initiatives to improve the lives of individuals within our communities. The Four Cardinal Principles of the Fraternity; "Manhood", "Scholarship", "Perseverance", and "Uplift" serve as guides in determining the course of action that Project Uplift, Inc. elects to pursue. Project Uplift and the KAA Chapter's target outreach area is DeKalb County with special focus on the areas comprising Stone Mountain, Lithonia, Decatur, Clarkston, Scottdale, and Tucker. The programs and activities of Project Uplift, Inc. are funded through the generous support of corporate partners and individual contributors.
Across the divisions of the Beyond Limits Institute we provide first-class learning experiences, and co-creative learning communities, to evolve human consciousness and awaken individuals & organisations to their limitless potential and inherent unity.
We take revolutionary and evolutionary concepts and make them practical, applicable, and transformative in the real world situations that we all encounter in life, work, business and society. So that you can break through perceived limitations, ignite your true potential, become the very best version of you, and create a bright future for yourself and the wider world.
Founder, Kyle Newman, and his world-class team of coaches, consultants, trainers and facilitators, integrate performance psychology, behavioural science, evolutionary leadership development, experiential learning, and human evolution models to make a real difference to people’s lives, and to the performance of the leaders and organisations we work with.
