The Inclusion Initiative are committed to helping organisations make their workplaces more inclusive through mental health awareness workshops and training. We can provide general mental health awareness sessions, as well as support for line managers, stress and resilience and we are also approved to deliver the 2 day Mental Health First Aid Course. We are a small company, co-founded by Emma Nixey and Jules Parkinson-Thake, who both bring a wealth of experience to the organisation.
