The Implementation Group is a research, evaluation, consultation and technical assistance firm that promotes effective practices in health and human services by helping organizations focus, align and impact. We work with community-based organizations, state agencies and foundations to improve implementation of effective programs through evaluation, strategic learning, and practice improvement strategies. These applied methods allow organizations and communities to better address "what works" for them in order to ensure sustainability and achieve long-term, positive outcomes.
