The Impact Lab is a consultancy developing and implementing strategies for collaborative innovation. Our core activity and main differentiator is the design and execution of innovation labs with high collective impact. An innovation lab is a participatory, collaborative approach to engage a wide range of heterogeneous participants in a multidisciplinary innovation process, bringing together unusual actors to address complex challenges on a systemic level, transcending the domain, industry, and cultural boundaries. Besides the innovation labs themselves, we design and deliver other related services relevant for collaborative innovation: specialised research, stakeholders mapping and engagement, interviews, open innovation and crowdsourcing campaigns, concepts and guidelines development, public relations and communications management.
