The Human Alignment Co. exists to close the gap between what people and organisations say matters — and what actually drives behaviour beneath the surface. That gap has a name. We call it the hidden gap. And in more than twenty years of working inside organisations across pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, telecoms, engineering, technology and the public sector, we have seen it do its damage in every one of them. It shows up as the change initiative that launches with energy and never delivers. The leadership team that agrees in the meeting and disagrees in the corridor. The culture that looks right on paper and feels wrong in practice. Most organisations try to fix it with better communication, clearer processes, another workshop, another reorganisation. The patterns keep returning. Because the problem was never the people, the strategy, or the process. The problem is the values gap. Our work is grounded in the Values Integrity Model — a practical framework for identifying the visible and invisible value systems operating inside teams and organisations. We work at the level where behaviour is actually shaped: in the moments, the conversations, and the choices that define culture regardless of what the values poster on the wall says. You cannot automate your way out of a values problem. That is why we exist.
