The Hovercraft Project exists to give students the opportunity to "Learn to Love to Learn". It is a fully immersive STEM experience where 5th grade students build, test and ride (yes, ride) hovercrafts! It gives teachers an all day experience learning and using inquiry based teaching strategies. This project gives principals a vehicle to motivate students towards teamwork, leadership, anti-bullying, and valuing yourself.
