The Housing and Finance Institute is an accelerator hub. We work with industry and public sector partners to deliver a step change in housebuilding, housing delivery and finance. Our purposes are to:increase housing supply across all tenurescreate opportunities for councils, finance & businesses to work together to build more homespromote the better delivery, asset management and financing of housing. We seek to accelerate the delivery of housing, finance and investment for new homes. We seek to help to develop and promote innovative approaches in meeting the housing challenge, in driving financial, community and social value, in delivering better services and effective asset management. We want to celebrate achievements in housebuilding, housing delivery and finance.
