The Holroyd Centre Information

The Holroyd Centre is an award winning venue has been in operation since 1985. In that time it has earnt the reputation of providing high level catering and function service to its clients. When people come together for any reason, Holroyd Centre is one venue in Sydney’s Greater West capable of hosting an inspirational and memorable event. Through our personalised service we will delight every guest. We are a first-class venue, combining awe-inspiring architectural design with purpose-built functionality and the service excellence of a highly experienced Functions & Events team. The foyer provides a visual blend of both contemporary and historical features. The entry features a massive glass window from street level to the peak of its 12 metre canopy. This leads to the imposing marble and wrought iron stair-case. The plaster reliefs that adorn the foyer walls are to steeped in history. These reliefs were commissioned in 1938 commemorating the sesqui centenary celebrations and actually adorned the outside of the QVB Building in George Street, Sydney. These reliefs miraculously found their way to the Holroyd Centre. Some 50 years later and here they remain providing a snapshot of the past in the awe filled foyer of the Holroyd Centre. The Holroyd Centre was modern in 1985 and remains unique and relevant today. The ideal venue for Wedding Receptions, Corporate Functions, Family Celebrations and Cultural Events.
