Welcome to Hiram House Camp! The mission of Hiram House is to enrich the lives of children through camping. We provide the youth of our community with an opportunity to live, play and learn in an environment that is racially, ethnically and socio-economically diverse. Hiram House is committed to promoting family values, building character and opening new horizons for youth. Since it was founded in 1896, Hiram House Camp has been a pioneer in opening new horizons for thousands of boys and girls, building character, self esteem, and promoting team and group development through hands-on educational programs, outdoor experiences and activities. These include: archery, canoeing, camp crafts, high/low ropes, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, orienteering, outdoor skills, performing arts, swimming, wildlife and environmental studies. The Hiram House theme is American History and the Pioneering Spirit. The camp features Conestoga Wagons, Teepees, Log Cabins, and a Frontier Fort among its many popular attractions. Other camp favorites include a Treehouse, Alpine Climbing Wall, High Ropes Course (Team Building), Train Station & Caboose, Swimming Pool, Weather Station, Nature Center, 1890’s Fire Station, Farmstead and the Double H Ranch Equestrian Center.
