Millennium Point opened in 2001 and is Birmingham’s centre for discovery, learning, science and innovation. Operated by Millennium Point Property Limited on behalf of Millennium Point Trust, the building is home to Thinktank – the city’s science museum, Birmingham School of Acting, Birmingham City University’s Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment and the design and fashion labs of Birmingham Metropolitan College. Welcoming over one million visitors each year, Millennium Point is also a highly-regarded events venue and regularly hosts launches, receptions, expos and fairs and is ideally-placed to provide organisations with the chance to share ideas, concepts and products with the general public. The work of Millennium Point Trust is focused on supporting its charitable partners and other intuitions alongside programming a range of events within the building and developing projects which support education, exploration of the world around us, the city and its people.
