The Hard Yard employs people who have been to prison to lead workouts across London. We believe mistakes in your past shouldn’t hold you back from opportunities in the future. We recruit the best talent from inside five London prisons. All our trainers are fully qualified + insured personal trainers. They've used fitness to transform their own lives + now they'll show you how to do the same. Back to basics workouts; all bodyweight, no equipment, 45 minutes long + all abilities welcome. We keep it simple + effective. We have a weekly schedule of workouts across three locations in London, + also provide on-site staff wellness solutions.
