With dedication, contacts and determination, Carolyne broke almost every record the company had ever set. On numerous occasions, Carolyne was the top producer, not only for the recruiting firm, but also in the State of Tennessee. From 1992 to 1999 she consistently won the Top Producer award from the Tennessee Association or Personnel Consultants. Carolyne left the recruiting firm in 1999 to start her own company.
