As Cambridgeshire’s leading not-for-profit group-psychological treatment service, we are a charity commissioned by Cambridge & Peterborough CCG to support local people experiencing mental health worries. Life can be tough when you’re feeling low, anxious, isolated or disempowered. The experience can be highly distressing for you as well as for the people around you, who naturally will be worried too. Getting effective help and support, at an affordable cost, is often essential to help you feel well. The Group Therapy Centre is a long-established psychological treatment service, providing both short and long-term therapy, with the support of a group, for a wide variety of conditions.
