Established in 2017. Established in November of 2017, we are a small second-hand boutique offering clothing, gear for newborns through college ages, as well as maternity wear. Hello! The Getup opened its doors in November of 2017 with aims to serve the Decorah community, as well as the surrounding areas! We (owners Scott and Lisa) are a family with two young boys. We know that kids grow out of clothes so fast; my sons grow two shoe sizes per summer! It felt so wasteful to buy expensive new clothes that our kids would only wear for a short time. In this beautiful corner of NE Iowa, you have to travel pretty far to sell or to buy used kids clothes. We saw a need here in Decorah and in the surrounding communities and decided that we could provide a solution. We want to provide an easy way to make some money selling kids clothes and gear that you don't need any more. We also provide a place to find quality kids clothes and gear at reasonable prices. We buy and sell clothes, shoes, toys, strollers, sports gear, maternity wear, and more. Sort through those closets and come on in!
