The GEM Programme Information

The housing sector is home to dedicated and passionate people who believe that good housing really makes a difference to people’s lives. With well-established links with the Chartered institute of Housing, International Housing Partnership and Government departments, we offer a wide range of jobs and intensive learning experiences in the housing sector across the country and even internationally! Unlike other programmes we match people to roles which will suit their passion, skills and experience. We also offer opportunities for those already working in the sector to develop their talents and career prospects as well as offering a “graduate or equivalent” route called Talent in House. We offer work opportunities that provide responsibility, variety and challenge, right from the start. GEMs have the chance to gain a CIH level 4 qualifications, work in a role with real value, take part in our unique GEMshack workshops and shape the future of Housing!
