The Future Collective is a UK strategic foresight consultancy helping leadership teams see what's coming, decide what matters and make it real. Our thinking is published: The Great Rewiring, Matt Parry's book on human thought in the age of AI; the Agentic Shelf Index, scoring 53 UK retailers on their readiness for AI shopping agents; and Counter Intelligence, our retail intelligence practice. Founded in 2020 by Matt Parry and Kate Shepherd, who bring 60+ years of combined experience, we have partnered with organisations across 10+ sectors, from luxury fashion to nuclear energy. Clients include Oracle NetSuite, Henley Business School, Capri Holdings, Holland & Barrett, Howdens, Veolia, Arla Pro and London Design Festival. Our founders have also worked with brands including Adidas, Selfridges, Versace and Audi. Recent work includes a day in Athens with Michael Kors' senior leadership team on the future of luxury, the workshop behind Holland & Barrett's award-winning store format, Oracle AI Live: Future Stores London, and Leadership Futures with Henley Business School.
