THE FRENCH AMERICAN FUND for higher education is a Paris based instiution founded in 2012 by Eva Allouche, former Fellow within the office of Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. Our philosophy is to help promote academic and cultural exchange with the United States of America. Financial aid to selected students is made possible thanks to our generous donors. Notre institution basée à Paris a été fondée en 2012 par Eva Allouche, assistante parlementaire en stage au bureau de Madame la députée Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. Notre philosophie est de promouvoir les échanges académiques et culturels avec les Etats-Unis d'Amérique. Les stages de quatre mois renouvelables dont bénéficient les étudiants retenus sont pris en charge par LE FONDS FRANCO-AMERICAIN grâce à nos généreux donateurs.
