The Fix Program Information

The Fix Program is Physiotherapy and Pilates all taught by experienced physiotherapist. We offer: Beginner to Advanced Pilates classes. If you have ever suffered from back pain then this program is for you. By the end of the Beginners Pilates program of 10 exercise classes over 10 weeks, participants have on average 75% less pain and are 50% more active. Pregnancy Pilates. Our pregnancy Pilates programs are designed by Physiotherapists and endorsed by Obstetricians with you and your baby in mind. Our Physiotherapists will guide you through our two pregnancy Pilates programs with an emphasis on exercise and education to give you confidence, strength and knowledge on all things related to your pregnancy and baby. Women's Health Physiotherapy. We have physiotherapists who are expert clinicians in the management of conditions unique to women. They have clinical expertise and excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills. We specialise in the management of pelvic floor problems.
