A longevity and wellness studio in the heart of Wimbledon. Using new health technologies such as Cryotherapy, Vasper and Infrared Sauna to break into a stagnant health industry that has not embraced new ways of keeping the body and brain healthy. The FIT Partnership focuses on specific areas of ones health, but also advises on a holistic approach to health. Specifcally for people who don't have enough time to work out for hours each day, and are finding as they are getting older (40s/50s/60s) they are not able to do the same exercises they once could, and therefore need to reevaluate the ways of keeping the body healthy, the mind at peak performance, and the hormones optimised.
