The Fiscal Incentives Group provide advice on tax incentives available to property owners, corporate occupiers, commercial developers and housebuilders from small business owners to FTSE100 companies. They also provide support to designers, lawyers and contractors and remain actively involved in lobbying for improvement in the effectiveness of existing reliefs and allowances and the development of new fiscal incentives.
