The KLEB holds a current State of California Tissue Bank License and a Health Canada CTO Registration Certificate. These allow the EBKY to provide corneal tissue for transplantation to surgeons in California and Canada. The Eye Bank of Kentucky currently serves 115 counties in Kentucky, 4 in Indiana, and 2 in West Virginia. We are proud to partner with the Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA) and Trust for Life (TFL) in eye, tissue and organ donation.
