An Incubator of Ideas and an Accelerator for Action The Experience Lab is dedicated to transforming every aspect of the health care Experience from the Inside Out. It’s what we call “Big E Experience” —creating meaningful and memorable Experiences for and with team members, providers, patients, and guests—because we believe everyone’s Experience matters. Our extraordinary team of Catalysts uses innovative lenses, techniques and Experience Design principles to guide, inspire, and equip visionary health care systems—our Lab Partners—to see themselves anew and imagine new possibilities.
