The Euro Property (Thailand) Company Limited was founded by a third generation Thai-Indian entrepreneur. During the 90s the company had its roots in financial services (Euro Leasing Thailand), automobile retailing (Euro Benz), textile manufacturing (Lace Production) and Pewter Production. Over the years the company has rebranded itself and diverged into the property development, real estate and service industry. Today the Euro Property's main focus lies in mid-ranged urban housing and hospitality in Bangkok's city center. The company owns and independently operates retail space, a hotel and an apartment complex. More recently the company has also invested in the restaurant and fitness industries. The Euro Property's central offices are based out of The Euro Grande Hotel in central Bangkok.
