The Entry Level Audio Network Information

ELAN (The Entry Level Audio Network) is a grassroots organisation founded in 2019 to address the lack of transparency, opportunity and support for early-stage audio professionals. Since then, we’ve built a thriving community dedicated to demystifying the audio industry and making it more accessible to all. Through our skill shares, socials, networking sessions, panels and our pioneering Peer-to-Peer Mentor and Skill Share Schemes, we’ve created a space where emerging talent can connect, learn and grow. We are proud to be the team behind the annual Audio Production Awards Pre-Ceremony Mixer (in partnership with Audio UK) and to have collaborated with leading organisations including The Radio Academy and BBC Studios. At our core, ELAN stands for fair pay, transparency, inclusivity and accountability. We believe in pushing the industry to do better to ensure that everyone has a fair shot at success. As advocates and change-makers, we’re committed to not only building community but also driving lasting, systemic change across the audio landscape.
