The Engineering Quest Information

The Engineering Quest makes further progress in the development of a fully integrated Scheduling System. As one of the most challenging aspects of managing our business we have enlisted the help of Preactor International and Nick Oliver Associates. Our aim is to develop internal systems that control every 'event' that is needed to deliver projects and products on time; working with these two highly experienced organisations we are making this possible. We are now able to list and control every aspect of our manufacturing operation; this gives us the ability to monitor primary and secondary resources, material and sub-contract delivery status and perishable and non-perishable tooling availability. Results are monitored using detailed metrics and the internal teams are responsible and accountable to our Customer's.
