Our company is the result of decades of thought, exploration and adventure. Together Noel & Kevin have pursued their dreams and ideas and TheEngine.com is the natural evolution. It all started back in 1984 the summer before high school, when Noel & Kevin wanted to write a role-playing video game – similar to Dungeons & Dragons or Gamma World. We quickly realized that before we could program a computer to play a game we needed to write down the rules. Thus began the development of a RolePlaying game called ‘Genesis’. It evolved through a few versions, was independently published and sold in limited, then wider release. Weather it was website design, a new mobile app, or big data service, the ideas have never stopped flowing, and when one shows especial promise we will identify it and seek to incubate it further.
