The Empowerwoment Project Information

Women are severely underrepresented in leadership and senior management roles. Women are paid less than their male colleagues in similar occupations. In order to create gender equal places to work we need organizations and women within those organizations to collaborate. The empowerwoment project combines coaching and intervision of women with actions and tasks to change and improve the organization. The empowerwoment project is a project in which a small group of women working within the same organization works on stepping up in their careers within the organization. It contains an online course with reading materials and lots of videos and in-person intervision meetings.
